1. Conformance Status

VICI Sports, Inc. is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

FanFest aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

2. Known Limitations

We have conducted an accessibility audit of key user flows on the Platform, including navigation, authentication, live show participation, chat, and content browsing. Issues identified during this audit are being actively remediated. Known limitations include:

• Some interactive live-stream features may have limited keyboard navigation support while improvements are in progress.
• Certain dynamically loaded content may not be immediately announced by screen readers; we are implementing ARIA live regions to address this.
• Third-party embedded content (e.g., video players, payment processors) may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards, as they are outside our direct control.

We are working to resolve these issues and improve accessibility across the Platform on an ongoing basis.

4. Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility concern, you may escalate the matter through the following channels:

• If you are in the European Union, you may contact your national enforcement body or file a complaint with the relevant equality body.
• In the United States, you may file a complaint with the Office for Civil Rights (OCR) at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services or the Department of Justice (DOJ).
